Where do I sign up?
Why volunteer?
Most of all you have the gratitude of the community. For a successful event we need active participation from the speakers, sponsors, attendees and, most importantly, the volunteers.
How can I help?
- Post on social media.
- Help at the registration desk to sign in attendees and hand out badges and swag. Usually a two-hour slot, outside of which you can attend the conference.
- Help sponsors with any setup they need.
- Help arrange posters and signage.
- Be available to answer questions from attendees. We will give you all the information you need.
- Lead and guide conversations at round tables during breaks.
When do we meet?
There is usually a reception for volunteers and speakers on the eve of the conference: to be determined, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on October 12, 2026, near San Mateo.
We also meet for lunch on Friday, September 25, three weeks before the event, to get to know each other. 11:30 AM at a restaurant in San Mateo (TBD).
T-shirts
Volunteer T-shirts can be picked up from 9 AM at the registration desk on the day of the event.
